About packaging

If there is any damage when receiving your customized product, please take a video or some pictures, and then contact us immediately. Show your problem clearly so we can check and return to the solution.

Generally, if you place multiple orders with the same ID, the same recipient, and the same address, we will package them in a package and then write the value on the package for you.


About delivery

In order to deliver the package smoothly, please fill out your full name and correct address in English when you check out. This is very important! The product will be shipped within 24 hours.

Refunds

If you want to return the repaired, replaced/refunded item, please contact our customer service, and we will refund your full winning price after receiving the original state of the item and the packaging including all components.
